Pickup and drop off was very easy. Front Desk staff was friendly. I would use them again! Rented a 7 passenger Chevy Traverse... very nice.

They didn’t have the vehicle we specifically ordered. The young guy just kept telling us to pick any other car, at an up charge of course. We settled on a VW suv. On our 3rd day, the check engine coolant light came on and the coolant level was low. We had to go to an auto supply store and purchase coolant. On the way there I called customer service to find out what we should do if we continue to have engine issues and they weren’t much help. When we dropped the vehicle off, the gentleman, Mark, was very understanding and discounted our bill for the price of the coolant.

The car was great and the service was excellent

They did not have the vehicle I reserved, and failed to inform me before arriving for pickup.

The recertification vas not honor. There was no vehicles available and was told that only luxury cars where available.

Had never used or heard of Sixt before, but was happy with the overall experience. Would use again.

Pickup was not good at all. Only two agents to help 40+ customers.

Very bad staff and quality of Cars

Car was good. I had a terrible experience on collection - a 3 hour wait to collect the car. I got to the Avis collection desk at midnight to discover a huge long line. I didn't get my car until 3am. This was specifically the Avis collection desk at Seattle (SEA) airport.

Easy process, good customer service at the airport terminal. Easy in & out process.

Price shown online was not the final price. I paid a lot more than expected.

We needed to drop off our car 2 1/2 hours later than originally booked (2:30pm instead of noon). We called ahead for the okay, and were still charged $138 more. $138 for less than 3 hours????? I am a fast break member and have been ignored in the fast break line the last 2 times I have been in line waiting to get a car. Goodbye Budget, your once loyal customer who recommended you to others is moving on and will tell everyone else not to use budget.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for a car. And my res was at 1p and flight delayed so didn’t even show up til 2:30p. Car was hours late and almost cause my kids and me to miss a ferry.

This is a tough review to leave as it was a very mixed experience. The first part of our experience with Thrifty was absolutely horrifyingly terrible. Our flight was scheduled to land in Seattle at 12:15 AM and we scheduled our pickup for 1:00 AM. We made it to the car rental facility at 12:58 AM. Were very very rudely told to go down to the 3rd level where someone would help up pick up our vehicle because apparently the front desk closed at 1:00 AM. well we made it down to the 3rd floor where there was not a single person working behind the thrifty counter. As a matter of fact, the kiosk didn’t even have lights on. However, there were many other people waiting. We’d went upstairs to double check if someone was ever going to come down and help up. When we’d done that, we found out that all of the people upstairs had completely left without ever coming to check if the probably 20-30 people waiting down there had received their vehicles so they could leave. At that point we’d found out that someone else who was waiting to pick up a car was scheduled to pick up their vehicle at 1:30 AM. Why would you be able to schedule a pickup time for a time that no one would be there to help you? Everyone had to leave for the night and order Ubers or find a different rents car with a different company. We had to Uber to our hotel. Which we did not get to until almost 2 AM. Then we had to Uber back to the car rental facility the next morning. This is where the story turns for the positive. At this point we literally just wanted a car to get around. The woman (whose name I greatly apologize for not remembering because she was amazing) who helped up totally turned the situation around. She listened to what happened to us and refined our Ubers, gave us a discount, and upgraded our vehicle for free. While I would have a very hard time recommending using thrifty to someone else, I will say the second person who helped us very much rectified the situation.

Good price for the car. But the line at the car rental place was very long and there were not enough people serving customers. Also, when I brought the car back I was not given a receipt but was told I would get one in email. Well, I AM STILL WAITING. Where's my receipt? Why can't it be given to me immediately?

I showed up 5 min early and they didn't have a vehicle for me and wouldn't have one until 5 hours after my scheduled pickup. The only thing they said I could do was cancel and when I said that's what would have to happen I was still charged and am now having to wait for a refund. This lack of accountability and responsibility on their part caused me to miss an entire trip, and financial stress. Actual worst car rental experience, I would rather use Turo even if they are more expensive.

I got pulled over for speeding 67 in a work zone and they gave me a 235 dollar fine for not having no tabs on the front of the car the representative at Hertz left it up to me to take care of the problem why is up to me to take the time to care of this I will never rent a car from Hertz again

Could not find my reservation and charged me more than.was listed on Kayak.
