Cheap Car Hire in Spring Valley, Las Vegas from AED 23

Office was closed. We were told it was 24 hour. No one actually answers the phone. We did not have shuttle service as we were told. We had to get a ride 3.5 hours to Ontario, CA to get a rental car. On the bright side, out car was OK.

Booked a full size car and they gave me a tiny SUV as that is all they had. Car was not properly ready either , missing wiper fluid and had to check air on all tires. Poor experience.

Pick was an hour late, and wasn't able to locate us at the main Valet. I wouldn't recommend having them pick you up if you're staying at a casino since they don't know the area. Ended up just taking an Uber to them and getting the car after 1hr of waiting.

The rental I booked through Avis (across the street from where I was) told me after booking that it was actually a different location 20 minutes away so I had to take an Uber to the store. The car was supposed to be ready at 3 pm and when I got there, the store had makeshift numbers on the window showing that they had handwritten 3 pm as the closing time. I called Avis who would not help or take any responsibility for the misinformation and still being able to book. Then I called Kayak and they were closed. The next day I couldn’t get through. I ended up having to take an Uber back to where I started. I was out a $30 hold, plus two $30 Uber rides. I had to sit outside in 110° Las Vegas temps with my things on a sidewalk while I had to try to fix a miscommunication between two companies that had nothing to do with me. So I’m out hours of my time, about $100 and still didn’t have a rental, so I had to taxi the next two days. I’m extremely disappointed in the service for such a big city with lots of travel and I will never use Avis or Kayak again.

1. I had booked a minivan. On the day of pick-up there were no mini vans available (and nothing else that was a suitable replacement). 2. On the day of my rental pick-up I was told that vehicles from that rental location were restricted to only CA/UT/AZ. I needed to go to Texas. I was told to contact customer service with Budget's sister company Alamo to try to get a corporate vehicle that would allow out of state travel. The Budget customer service person never offered to help. Just gave me a phone number to call ON THE VERY DAY I NEEDED THE VEHICLE TO START MY VACATION.

I ask to pick up a car at McCarren Airport in Las Vegas, not somewhere else!

My 1st & last use w/Kayak on rental cars. I arrived at the Hertz in Las Vegas and they showed NO reservation for me. They told me these 3rd party suppliers must have accidentally canceled it - yet neither Kayak or Hertz notified me that my reservation was canceled. No email no call/text! I still had to pay the booked price for a Jeep Cherokee ($1290) despite having to settle for a crappy "Class A" sub compact car - with a broken windshield wiper. It was worse than a "poor" experience - it was horrific... I have spent HOURS on the phone with Hertz customer service throughout my 2 week ordeal... and when I returned the car yesterday I was there for 2 hours trying to reconcile the pricing to no avail. I am sure you are sorry you asked - not sure if anyone reads these - but I would WELCOME A CALL FROM KAYAK SINCE YOU PARTNER W/HERTZ and I got screwed in the end by both of you. KAYAK & HERTZ got their money - I got a crappy, unsafe, sub compact dirty little car.
