For some reason, my reservation did not include the enterprise near the airport which the shuttle drop me off to. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could start over and simply rent a car from scratch. She said it would be well over $200 including the airport fees. This was over $100 more than my reservation. I said is there a shuttle that can take me to the Enterprise office I have my reservation with? She said they do not have a shuttle. I called the Enterprise office asking if they could pick me up from the airport . The answer was the same: no shuttle! The girl working at the airport enterprise said they honor my reservation 24 hours. So I actually walked the 5+ miles to my original Enterprise office. When I arrived, it was closed. After walking 5 miles to get there with my suitcase… Really!? I ended up renting an Uber to take me to a Turo Rental. That’s how I spent my freaking Friday. It’s also impacted my departure plans. Absolutely no convenience, no honoring my reservation, closed office, a nightmare! I will never rent from Enterprise again and will continue to share my story with others.
