Cheap Car Rentals in West of The Strip, Las Vegas

Office was closed. We were told it was 24 hour. No one actually answers the phone. We did not have shuttle service as we were told. We had to get a ride 3.5 hours to Ontario, CA to get a rental car. On the bright side, out car was OK.

For some reason, my reservation did not include the enterprise near the airport which the shuttle drop me off to. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could start over and simply rent a car from scratch. She said it would be well over $200 including the airport fees. This was over $100 more than my reservation. I said is there a shuttle that can take me to the Enterprise office I have my reservation with? She said they do not have a shuttle. I called the Enterprise office asking if they could pick me up from the airport . The answer was the same: no shuttle! The girl working at the airport enterprise said they honor my reservation 24 hours. So I actually walked the 5+ miles to my original Enterprise office. When I arrived, it was closed. After walking 5 miles to get there with my suitcase… Really!? I ended up renting an Uber to take me to a Turo Rental. That’s how I spent my freaking Friday. It’s also impacted my departure plans. Absolutely no convenience, no honoring my reservation, closed office, a nightmare! I will never rent from Enterprise again and will continue to share my story with others.

Booked a full size car and they gave me a tiny SUV as that is all they had. Car was not properly ready either , missing wiper fluid and had to check air on all tires. Poor experience.

The female agent when I got the car pushed very hard to upsell me. She did not listen, & tried to fast talk me into spending more money. I kept refusing. I was still charged $9.00 more than the original quote. She also did not tell me we had 28 minutes grace period to return the car. The female agent that did the return was very friendly, & helpful. The car windows could have been cleaner on the inside.

The quote I was given was mismanaged by the vendor. I had a personal emergency and was charged 3 times what Kayak’s quote indicated

The charged US for an insurance we didn't hire because we had one given by our credit card, we are trying to have a refund
